1mjudi Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Gambling Platform

1Definitions & Interpretations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2Member Eligibility

4Deposits & Funds

All financial transactions on the 1mjudi platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). 1mjudi does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

Deposit methods accepted by 1mjudi:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction.
• There is no set daily maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, our automated monitoring system may request additional verification for large deposit amounts.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 3 minutes after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• 1mjudi does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — please review the terms of your e-wallet or banking provider.
• All deposited funds must be used for game wagering. Deposits that have not been used for wagering may be subject to review before a withdrawal is approved, as part of our anti-money laundering measures.

5Withdrawal

1mjudi members may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM50 per transaction.

• 1mjudi does not charge any processing fees for withdrawals.

6Bonus & Promotions

1mjudi offers a variety of promotions and bonuses to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• New member welcome bonuses are subject to wagering requirements of 20x (twenty times) the total deposit amount plus the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• All bonuses come with 30-day validity period from the date of crediting. The bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited after this period.

7Game Rules

All games available on the 1mjudi platform — including Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger), jackpot slots, fish shooting, digital lottery, and Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports) — are operated in accordance with the specific rules of each game as set by the respective software providers.

• The outcome of all casino and slot games is final and non-disputable once the round ends and the result has been recorded in the system.
• In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during gameplay, 1mjudi will refer to the server logs to determine the valid outcome. Results recorded on the server are final.
• For Sports Betting, 1mjudi applies standard international betting rules. In the event of any dispute regarding a sports betting outcome, 1mjudi's decision is final.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1mjudi platform. Any violation may result in account suspension or permanent closure without refund of remaining balance:

• Money laundering — using the 1mjudi platform as a channel to conceal or transfer funds obtained through illegal means.
• Payment fraud — using a credit card, bank account, or e-wallet that does not belong to you, or any other unauthorised payment method.
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities — deliberately seeking out and exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the 1mjudi platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automation software — using bots, scripts, or other automated software to play games or manipulate betting outcomes.
• Collusion — secretly working with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in table games or Sports Betting.
• Bonus Abuse — registering multiple accounts or using false information to claim the same bonus more than once.

9Account Security

The security of your 1mjudi account is a shared responsibility between you as a member and us as the platform operator. The following measures must be observed to keep your account secure:

Closure by 1mjudi: 1mjudi reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, if:

• The member provided false information during registration or the verification process.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

11Limitation of Liability

1mjudi's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or an appropriate tribunal under the relevant jurisdiction.

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
